Why we exist

Cloud providers publish service-level agreements — and when they miss them, they owe you credits. In practice, almost no one collects. The breaches are buried in status pages, the claim windows are short, and the process is manual. So the money quietly evaporates, quarter after quarter.

Every major FinOps tool will tell you, in a beautiful dashboard, exactly how much those outages cost you. None of them will file the claim. That gap — between knowing and recovering — is the reason Aura Plus was built.

What we do

Aura Plus is a multi-cloud FinOps platform spanning AWS, Azure, GCP and modern AI workloads. It delivers the visibility and optimization the category expects, and adds an active credit-recovery engine: autonomous agents that detect SLA breaches, quantify what you're owed, and manage the claim end-to-end with your approval.

How we build

We're a small, engineering-led team based in Florida. That shapes the product: we favor precision over bloat, ship production-grade rather than demo-ware, and treat our customers' billing data with the seriousness it deserves. Being small is the advantage — a single sharp promise, executed well, beats a sprawling suite no one fully uses.
